The production process includes activities which results in manufacturing new products –
electric motors with specified use –in accordance with orders of clients and
meeting their requirements.
.
MAKING CASTINGS
Bodies, shields and terminal boxes are made as iron or aluminium castings.
To this end we use automatic lines for making the moulds.
Aluminium castings are made on the presses. We use for it specially prepared press moulds.
MECHANICAL TREATMENT OF DETAILS
Mechanical treatment of the details is made by specialist machines with NC and CNC controlling.

PRODUCTION OF ELECTRO-MAGNETIC CIRCUITS
All sheet passes are pressed on the high speed presses of the Raskin and Schuller firm in the stamping press department.
To this end are used simultaneous punching dies. Here are also made packets of the stator and rotor sheets.
Winding of stators is made mechanically or manually depending on the technology.
Mechanical winding is made on the equipment of the Fort-Wayne /USA/, Elmotec-Statomat and Risomat firms /Germany/.
Wound stators are subjected to an operation of impregnation in half-automatic equipment of the Eisenman firm /Germany/,controlled by a computer.
Winding of rotors consist in pouring pure aluminium of the rotor sheets packet in the mould on the pressure machines.
ASSEMBLY OF MOTORS
Assembly of the motors is made on the specially adapted assembly lines where individual components are assembled according to the technological documentation. This documentation also includes special customers' requirements.
QUALITY CONTROL
Details and subassemblies are controlled at each stage of the production according to the instructions of the ISO 9001 system.
Each assembled motor is sent to the Test Station , where it is subjected to detailed tests regarding compliance with documentation.
PAINTING AND FINISHING OPERATIONS
Painting of the motors in a given colour according to the customer order is made after control in the Test Station .
After drying the motors are made finishing operations and packing.
STORING OF FINISHED PRODUCTS
The accepted motors are sent to the Warehouse of Finished Products where they are forwarded to clients.
